I cannot give a score of 4 for cleanliness as I had booked with a non smoking preference. I was placed on a non smoking floor, but the room had clearly been used by a smoker.I feel that this should have been picked up when previous guest departed. However when I raised this I was transferred immediately and my treatment was exemplary. This response contributed to the `5` for service. I needed good access to Camp Nou and easy access to central Barcelona too. The hotel was therefore ideal. I did not use the pool or restauarnt and cannot comment on these.
